style='font-size:17px;'>这座牡丹园是朱桥村最美牡丹园，是湖北建星旅游开发有限公司的重要旅游项目之一。这家公司总经理严昆鹏是本村人，今年32岁，从部队退伍后曾在外地打工。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" style='font-size:17px;'>为把牡丹园打造好，从2019年开始严昆鹏亲力亲为，从最基础农活干起。那时，每天上午8点左右，他准时走进牡丹园开启一天的工作，跟着学除草、修枝、施肥、治病，保证每株牡丹健康生长。如果来了河南种植牡丹的“土专家”，他会主动凑到跟前仔细听、细心学。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>“时间久了，觉得每株牡丹都是自己的‘孩子’，不仅关心着成长，还希望让更多人看到它们的美丽。”严昆鹏说。2023年朱桥牡丹园成功申报国家3A级旅游景区，湖北建星旅游开发有限公司顺势成立，他的身份也越来越多。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'><span style='font-size:17px;'>在湖北建星旅游开发有限公司，抖音主播王琦是严昆鹏最重要的搭档，她也是土生土长的朱桥村人。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>王琦曾在外地务工，朱桥村党支部书记王建平把她招引回来，一起参与牡丹园“创业”。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>“留在家乡创业不比在外打工差。”王琦说，在外打工时常思念家乡和亲人，现在“家门口”就业每月收入5千元，还能照顾家人。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>严昆鹏介绍，牡丹园的成功还离不开人社部门的支持。他说：“人社部门指导申请了20万元创业担保贷款，5000元一次性创业补贴。自己创业更带动了就近就业，让村民吃上了旅游饭，户均增收超过5000元。”</span></p><p><br></p><p><span class="wxart_image"
