</p><p>一抹、一盖、一甩、一摊......两位阿姨正在娴熟的制作豆皮中。</p><p>刚“出炉”的豆皮不断冒着“烟火气”<br></p><p>阿姨告诉我们从选原材料到磨成米浆到晒干豆皮直至可售卖，豆皮的制作流程也是每一步都不可马虎。<br></p><p>选米、磨浆、烙制、切丝......经过一道道工序。<br></p><p>“我们月池豆皮主打的就是手工制作，很多人过来都是十斤、二十斤的买，很多人吃了都说好吃，还想回购呢，经常供不应求，紧俏得很！”据三合镇月池豆皮制作坊负责人张翠凤介绍，三合镇月池豆皮因手工制作，口感好，深受大家喜爱。<br></p><p>对于出门在外的应城人来说，豆皮不仅是一种美食，更是一种家乡味道。<br></p><p>据悉，三合镇一直都有“豆皮之镇”的美称，三结豆皮、春华豆皮、月池豆皮等都产自应城市三合镇。</p></section><section
