line-height: 1.71em;'><strong>从2025年1月1日起至2025年国家汽车以旧换新政策发布之日期间，报废或转让本人名下符合条件旧车并购买符合条件新车的个人消费者，</strong></span>纳入补贴支持范围，补贴条件和补贴标准按照《湖北省汽车置换更新补贴实施细则》（鄂商务发〔2024〕15号）、《湖北省汽车置换更新补贴实施细则》（鄂商务发〔2024〕22号）和《关于进一步做好湖北省汽车以旧换新有关工作的通知》（鄂商务发〔2024〕37号）执行。</p><p bfdi="157"><br></p><p style='line-height:1.75em;'>2.<span style='color: rgb(35, 78, 173); line-height: 1.71em;'><strong>2024年7月25日（含）至2024年12月31日期间仅部分取得《报废机动车回收证明》《机动车注销证明》《机动车销售统一发票》《机动车登记证书》等4类证明材料，并在2025年2月28日前全部取得上述证明的消费者，</strong></span>纳入2025年汽车报废更新补贴政策支持范围，申请人相应报废的机动车和所购买的新车应符合《商务部等7部门关于进一步做好汽车以旧换新有关工作的通知》（商消费函〔2024〕392号）有关要求。</p><p bfdi="194"><br></p><p style='line-height:1.75em;'>3.<span style='color: rgb(35, 78, 173);
