16px;'>据了解，推广应用电子行驶证是公安部深化政务服务改革的一项重要举措，从今年7月1日试点推行以来，公安交管部门已为8000多万名车主核发了电子行驶证，进一步便利了群众的出行和办事。</span></p><p><span style='font-size:
