63);font-size: 15px;text-shadow: none;letter-spacing: 2px;font-family: 微软雅黑;'>GB 42295—2022《电动自行车电气安全要求》第1号修改单、GB 42296—2022《电动自行车用充电器安全技术要求》第1号修改单、GB 43854—2024《电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池安全技术规范》将于2024年11月1日起实施。根据《中华人民共和国标准化法》第二十五条规定，自2024年11月1日起，不符合GB 42295—2022《电动自行车电气安全要求》及第1号修改单要求的电动自行车、装配充电器不符合GB 42296—2022《电动自行车用充电器安全技术要求》及第1号修改单的电动自行车、装配锂离子蓄电池不符合GB 微软雅黑;'>认证委托人对其已获得强制性产品认证的电动自行车，应在2024年10月31日前符合前述4项强制性国家标准及修改单要求并完成认证变更。逾期未完成认证变更的，指定认证机构对认证证书作出暂停处理，暂停期不超过3个月。认证委托人在2024年10月31日前主动提出暂停认证证书的，暂停期可延长至1年。暂停期内完成认证变更的，恢复认证证书有效；暂停期满仍不能完成认证变更的，撤销认证证书。</span></p><p><br></p><p
