1px;'>8月7日15时许，35岁的李女士（化姓）被朋友抬着送到了武汉市武东医院急诊科，值班医生吕恩叶观察到，她意识不清、口唇紫绀、四肢发冷，身上还有一股酒味。李女士的朋友称，当天中午几人一起聚餐，李女士嫌红酒干涩，便兑可乐一起喝，不知不觉将一瓶500毫升的红酒全部“干光”，很快出现呕吐。见李女士的呕吐物呈暗红色，朋友担心她是胃出血，便赶紧将她送往医院。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'><br></span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>吕恩叶检查后发现，李女士的高压仅87毫米汞柱，氧饱和度也偏低，四肢无力，面色苍白，初步判断为急性酒精中毒。医生立即将她的头偏向一侧，防止呕吐造成窒息。同时，用药抑酸护胃、促醒、加快酒精分解，并让其吸入氧气。经过半个小时左右的抢救，李女士的生命体征逐渐稳定，观察确定无碍后，她于当晚康复回家。</span></p><p 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>兑了可乐的红酒度数又不高，为何还会酒精中毒？吕恩叶介绍，<strong>红酒度数虽不高，但李女士在喝酒时兑入了可乐，其中大量的二氧化碳会促进酒精气化，从而加快酒精的挥发速度，加快人体对酒精的吸收，且红酒加可乐后口感变甜，很容易超量摄入，更容易醉酒</strong>。</span></p><p
