style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>为进一步做好孝感城区居民子女义务教育阶段入学工作，根据《义务教育法》及“免试就近入学”政策，结合孝感城区实际,特制定本办法。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='background-color: rgb(255, 218, 81);'>第一条</span></strong>学生或其父母（法定监护人）户籍在孝感城区的，适用本办法。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='background-color: rgb(255, 218, 81);'>第二条</span></strong>以学生或其父母（法定监护人）在孝感城区的房产证作为确定就读学校的主要依据。申请就读时，需向拟申请就读学校提供全家户口本、学生或其父母（法定监护人）房产证明材料。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>1.学生父母（法定监护人）有多处合法房产，由其父母（法定监护人）向拟申请就读学校提供学区范围内居住的合法房产证明。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>2.已在孝感城区购置了商品房并入住，但目前还未办理不动产证的，可凭房地产主管部门网上备案的购房合同及购房发票，认定就读学校。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>3.已在孝感城区购置了商品房但未交房的，达到房地产主管部门网上备案的购房合同上注明的交房日期，可凭购房合同申请入学。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><br></span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>4.已在孝感城区购置了商品房且已交房的（以经房地产主管部门网上备案的购房合同上注明的交房日期为准），不得以其他非学生父母（法定监护人）的房产或租住房作为申请就读学校的依据。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>5.非住宅房（如商业用房、工业用房、办公用房、阁楼、地下室、车库等）以及未发生法律效力的赠与、遗嘱房等，均不能作为申请就读学校的依据。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 81);'>第三条</span></strong>因城市建设需要而拆迁的孝感城区（不含乡镇）常住户籍住户，在拆迁过渡期内，学生父母（法定监护人）持拆迁部门出具的相关证明材料和拆迁后住址材料（合法稳定住所材料如房产证、房屋租赁备案等），由拆迁房产属地教育部门根据实际情况统筹安排入学。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p 81);'>第四条</span></strong>学生和其父母（法定监护人）在城区的唯一居住地是祖辈的房产（自己没有自购或自建房、单位公房等），并经核实的，可以祖辈的房产作为申请就读学校的依据。需向拟申请就读学校提供全家户口本（三代人在同一户口本上）及房产证明。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='background-color: rgb(255, 218, 81);'>第五条</span></strong>学生和其父母（法定监护人）在孝感城区没有购置住房且已核实的，如在申请就读学校招生范围内连续租住一年以上（以房屋租赁登记备案的时间为起始日期，截止报名日期，连续居住满一年），可在申请就读学校按照录取规则排序录取。因学校学位不足不能录取的，由租住地的教育主管部门统筹安排入学。连续租住不满一年的，由户籍所在地的教育部门统筹安排入学。</span></p><p 81);'>第二条</span></strong>以学生或其父母（法定监护人）在孝感城区的房产证明作为确定就读学校的主要依据。申请就读时，需向拟申请就读学校提供全家户口本，学生或其父母（法定监护人）房产证明材料。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>1.学生或其父母（法定监护人）有多处合法房产，由其父母（法定监护人）向拟申请就读学校提供学区范围内居住的合法房产证明。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>2.已在孝感城区购置了商品房并入住，但目前还未办理不动产证的，可凭房地产主管部门网上备案的购房合同及购房交款税务发票，认定就读学校。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><br></span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span 16px;'>4.已在孝感城区购置了商品房且已交房的（以经房地产主管部门网上备案的购房合同上注明的交房日期为准），因自身原因而未入住的，不得以其他非学生父母（法定监护人）的房产或租住房作为申请就读学校的依据。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>5.非住宅房（如商业用房、工业用房、办公用房、阁楼、地下室、车库等）以及未办理不动产转移登记的赠与、遗嘱房等，均不能作为申请就读学校的依据。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><span 学生或其父母（法定监护人）在孝感城区的房产因城市建设需要而拆迁的，在拆迁过渡期内，学生父母（法定监护人）持拆迁部门出具的相关证明材料和拆迁后住址材料（合法稳定住所材料如房产证、房屋租赁备案等），由拆迁房产属地教育主管部门根据实际情况统筹安排入学。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align:
