wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-wrap: wrap;'> 自《汽车以旧换新补贴实施细则》印发之日起申请补贴的消费者，按照本通知标准执行补贴。消费者按本通知标准申请补贴，相应报废机动车须在本通知印发之日前登记在本人名下。</p><p style='text-wrap: wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-wrap: wrap;'>
