Arial, sans-serif;'><br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'><br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'>2024年度职工住房公积金月缴存基数为职工上一年度工资总额÷12。工资总额按照国家统计局《关于工资总额组成的规定》（统制字〔1990〕1号），结合财政和人社部门规范工资津补贴管理的有关规定执行。<br sans-serif;'>按照湖北省人民政府办公厅《关于调整全省最低工资标准的通知》(鄂政办发〔2024〕2号)和孝感市统计局提供的工资数据，2024年度汉川、应城职工住房公积金月缴存基数下限为1950元，孝南、云梦、安陆、大悟、孝昌月缴存基数下限为1800元；职工住房公积金月缴存基数上限为21564元。<br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'><br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'>住房公积金缴存基数每年核定一次，本年度（执行期间）不再变更。<br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'><br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'></span><strong><span style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: 100%;'>全市住房公积金缴存比例为职工上一年度月平均工资的5%—12%。职工和单位的住房公积金缴存比例应一致。<br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'><br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'></span><span style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;letter-spacing: 100%;'>1.月缴存额的上下限。<br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'><br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'>2024年度汉川、应城职工住房公积金月缴存额下限为97.5元（单边），孝南、云梦、安陆、大悟、孝昌职工住房公积金月缴存额下限为90元（单边）；职工住房公积金月缴存额上限为2588元（单边）。<br 100%;'>1.各缴存单位收到通知后及时到孝感住房公积金中心或在孝感住房公积金网上办事大厅办理缴存基数和缴存比例的调整申报手续。<br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'><br style='max-inline-size: 100%;'>2.各缴存单位为基数调整工作的责任主体，要严格执行“限高保低”政策，认真核定本单位职工缴存基数、缴存比例和月缴存额，并将核定情况以适当方式告知职工本人，切实维护职工合法权益。</span></p><p style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75em;'><span
