wrap;'>食品安全联络员应及时监测收集食品生产、流通、餐饮、抽检、快检、投诉等环节的食品安全风险信息，汇总后形成《食品安全风险监测哨点风险清单》，纳入企业“日管控、周排查、月调度”工作机制，及时向食品安全总监汇报，对风险应迅速研判处置，积极督促整改到位。</span></span></span></p></section></section></section></section></section><p 190);'>对各监测哨点做到“对点联络、定期指导、每季评价”</span></strong>。该局各相关科室和哨点联络员将加强沟通联系，对发现的食品安全风险形成风险清单，及时上报和处置，并定期对哨点单位开展现场指导，指导分析风险原因，评价哨点风险发现的能力、防控风险的措施、问题整改的效果等方面。对食品安全风险监测哨点工作不力的单位，将综合运用“三书一函”，加强督查督办，纳入信用监管。</p><p
