16px;'>为深入推进全市电动自行车安全隐患全链条整治行动，严格整治违规停放充电、非法改装等突出问题，进一步加大整治力度，营造强大声势，根据《全国电动自行车安全隐患全链条整治工作专班关于集中组织开展电动自行车夜查行动的通知》相关要求，经研究决定，在全市范围内集中组织开展电动自行车夜查行动。现将有关事项通知如下：</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='color: rgb(12, 87, 189);'><strong>一、时间安排</strong></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;'>5月下旬至6月中旬，每周一次，集中夜查时间分别为5月23日晚、5月29日晚、6月5日晚、6月12日晚。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='color: rgb(12, 87, 189);'><strong>二、重点检查内容</strong></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;'>（一）高层民用建筑公共门厅、疏散通道、楼梯间、安全出口等电动自行车违规停放充电行为。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;'>（二）未落实防火分隔、未配备消防设施器材、未实行车辆分组停放等不具备消防安全条件的建筑架空层，仍作为电动自行车停放充电场所使用。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;'>（三）电动自行车停放充电违规占用、堵塞疏散通道和安全出口，违规“进楼入户”“飞线充电”行为。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;'>（四）自建房、“三合一”、沿街门店、夜间经营使用场所等电动自行车违规停放充电行为。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;'>（五）电动自行车擅自改装原厂电气配件、拆改限速、外设蓄电池托架、改造蓄电池槽盒、更换大容量蓄电池等违法违规行为。</p><p>请各社会单位、住宅物业服务企业及广大群众要认真自查自改违法违规行为，主动消除电动自行车安全隐患，积极配合夜查行动。对电动自行车“进楼入户”“飞线充电”行为屡劝不改、屡改屡犯的有关个人和非法改装等问题，有关部门将依法从严查处。</p></section><section
