17px;'>1.全封闭施工路段禁止机动车通行，非机动车和行人在确保安全的情况下可从两侧非机动车道或人行道绕行，原经由施工路段通行的车辆可绕行聚贤路、孝汉大道、107国道等周边道路通行。</span></section><section style='letter-spacing: 0.578px;text-wrap: wrap;margin-bottom: 24px;'><span
