hidden;'><br></section></section></section></section></section><p><br></p><p><strong>（一）领取方式</strong></p><p>省内消费者根据手机GPS定位所在市州区域，通过本人手机在发放服务平台应用程序（APP）上抢领本市州“惠购湖北”新春消费券。在每批次消费券发放时，消费者可同时在所有发放服务平台抢券，但在同一平台只能从商超、餐饮两类消费券中任选一类消费券的一种面额抢领，即每人每批次在单个平台最多只能抢领1张消费券。</p><p><br></p><p><strong>（二）使用地点</strong></p><p>省内消费者在各市州区域抢领的消费券仅限于在该市州区域使用，不支持跨市州区域使用。</p><p><br></p><p><strong>（三）使用时间</strong></p><p>活动期间，消费者抢领的消费券使用截止时间为从消费券投放当日开始计算的7个自然日（即第7日24:00），逾期作废。如3月7日10:00投放的消费券，使用截止时间为3月13日24:00。其他时段投放的消费券使用截止时间依此类推。逾期作废的消费券，其资金自动退回发放服务平台账户，滚投到下一批使用。<br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>（四）使用场景</strong><br></p><p>活动期间，消费券需在发放服务平台符合条件的商场、超市、餐饮等线下实体商户门店和经营场所进行消费并在线支付时使用，不得用于购买香烟、加注机动车燃油以及充值、预存等消费。<br></p><p><br></p><p>1、商超券：仅限使用于百货商场、购物中心、服装鞋帽专卖店、钟表眼镜店、珠宝首饰店、体育用品店、超市、便利店、水果店、生鲜店、母婴店、鲜花店、礼品文具店、药店等线下实物零售商店。</p><p><br></p><p>2、餐饮券：仅限使用于餐饮门店（含外卖）。</p><p><br></p><p><strong>（五）核销要求</strong><br></p><p>扣除平台、商家等各类优惠后的单笔消费金额须达到消费券面额5倍及以上方能使用消费券，每张消费券在支付时自动核销。单笔消费仅可核销1张消费券。比如，核销1张面额20元的消费券，扣除其他各类优惠后的待支付金额需达到100元及以上。</p><p><br></p><section hidden;'><br></section></section></section></section></section><p><br></p><p>所有参与活动的消费者、商户应依法依规领用和核销“惠购湖北”新春消费券。活动期间，商户如发生假冒伪劣、以次充好、虚标价格、虚假宣传、不遵守活动规则等违规经营行为，商务部门将会同市场监管部门予以查处；个人、机构如涉嫌软件套抢及刷单套现、倒买倒卖消费券，骗取财政资金，影响和危害消费券正常发放、使用环境，一经发现，将取消该消费者、商户参与“惠购湖北”新春消费券活动资格，情况严重的移交公安机关依法严查，追究相应责任。</p><p><br></p><section
