caret-color: red;'>补贴对象</span></span></strong></span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>招用就业困难人员并为其缴纳社会保险费的企业（单位）。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>就业困难人员范围：</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>1.脱贫劳动力；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>2.在法定劳动年龄内、有就业能力和愿望且属于失业状态，并进行了失业登记的以下人员；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>①女性年满四十周岁或者男性年满五十周岁的失业人员；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>②连续失业一年以上人员；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>③失地农民；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>④城镇零就业家庭成员或者享受城镇居民最低生活保障的人员；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>⑤农村零转移就业贫困家庭成员；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>⑥毕业两年以内未就业的高校毕业生；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>⑦残疾人；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>⑧各级社会福利机构供养的成年孤儿和社会成年孤儿。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(41, 95, 170);'>二、<span style='background-color: transparent; caret-color: red;'>补贴标准及期限</span></span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>1.对各类企业（单位）招用就业困难人员，与之签订劳动合同并交纳社会保险费的，按其为符合享受社会保险补贴条件人员实际缴纳的基本养老费、基本医疗费、失业保险费给予补贴，不包括就业困难人员个人应缴纳的上述三项社会保险费。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>2.对招用毕业年度高校毕业生，与之签订1年以上劳动合同并为其缴纳社会保险费的小微企业，给予最长不超过1年的社会保险补贴，不包括高校毕业生个人应缴纳的部分。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>3.符合就业困难人员条件的职工，享受社保补贴期限最长不超过3年（以初次核定其享受社会保险补贴时间起算）。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(41, 95, 170);'>三、<span style='background-color: transparent; caret-color: red;'>申报资料</span></span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>1.《企业招用就业困难人员社会保险补贴申请表》及附件；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>2.营业执照复印件；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>3.就业困难人员证明材料；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>4.企业与职工签订的劳动合同复印件； </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>5.企业为职工缴纳社会保险费记录。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>初次申报须提供以上资料，再次申报仅须提供《企业招用就业困难人员社会保险补贴申请表》及附件。申请表及附件须加盖企业公章。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(41, 95, 170);'>四、<span style='background-color: transparent; background-color: transparent; caret-color: red;'>申报资料</span></span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>1.《灵活就业困难人员社会保险补贴申请表》；（相关表格可在孝感市民之家人社窗口或户籍所在社区领取）。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>2.居民身份证和户口本原件；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>3.社保卡复印件（社保卡银行功能需激活）；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>4.残疾证（仅残疾人提供）；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>5.低保证明（仅享受城镇居民最低生活保障的人员提供）；</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>6.学历证明（仅毕业2年内未就业的高校毕业生提供）。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style='color: rgb(41, 95, 170);'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>三、</span><span style='font-size: 17px; background-color: transparent; caret-color: red;'>申报程序</span></span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>1.初次申报的人员。携带申报所需资料到孝感市民之家人社窗口或户籍所在社区人社窗口申报。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>2.再次申报且领取补贴未满3年的人员。无需提交申报资料，及时缴纳2024年社保费，经人社部门审核通过后即可直接享受补贴政策（免申即享）。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size:17px;'>3.湖北省外参保缴费的人员。携带个人缴费凭证和社保卡到孝感市民之家人社窗口或户籍所在社区人社窗口申报。</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style='color: rgb(41, 95, 170);'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>四、</span><span style='font-size: 17px;
