17px;'>根据湖北省生态环境监测中心站与省气象局会商，北方污染气团将持续传输和滞留我省，我市预计会出现连续重污染天气过程。按照《孝感市重污染天气应急预案（2022年修订稿）》（孝环委【2022】4号）要求，市重污染天气应急指挥部决定，自12月29日14时30分将橙色预警升级至红色预警，15时30分起执行重污染天气Ⅰ级应急响应减排措施。<br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'><strong>一、预警范围</strong><br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>孝感市全域。<br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'><strong>二、应急响应措施</strong><br> 启动红色预警应急响应期间，全市二氧化硫(SO2)、氮氧化物(NOx)、颗粒物(PM)等主要污染物的减排比例达到30%以上，挥发性有机物(VOCs)的减排比例达到20%以上。<br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32.15pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'><strong>在橙色预警II级应急响应基础上增加以下措施：</strong><br><strong> （一）强制性污染减排措施</strong><br> 在保障公众日常生活、区域交通运输正常运转、工业企业安全生产、城市正常运行的前提条件下，采取以下强制性污染减排措施：<br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>1.工业企业减排措施。纳入重污染天气应急减排清单的工业企业严格按照“一厂一策”方案执行红色预警I级应急减排措施。(责任单位:各县（市、区）人民政府、市直“三区”管委会，市生态环境局。)<br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span 17px;'>1.企事业单位根据实际情况，采取调休、错峰上下班、远程办公等弹性工作制。<br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.倡导过境柴油货车绕行，避开主城区行驶。<br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>3.提倡机动车停车时及时熄火，减少车辆原地怠速运行。<br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'><strong>（三）健康防护引导措施</strong><br></span></section><section style='text-indent: 32pt;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:
