style='text-align:justify;'>（一）持有效期内《食品经营许可证》，合法规范经营。从正规渠道购进食材，保证食材新鲜可溯源。加工食物做到生熟分开、烧熟煮透，防止交叉污染。做好餐饮具消毒保洁，做好餐厨废弃物的处置。严禁加工制售腐败变质、过期等不符合食品安全要求的食品，不得超负荷经营。</p><p style='text-align:justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;'>（二）严格落实从业人员健康管理和晨检制度。从业人员上岗前应取得健康证明，严格执行每日晨检制度，进行岗前健康检查和体温监测，有发热、咳嗽、呕吐、腹泻、咽部炎症等病症及皮肤有伤口或感染的从业人员应立即离开工作岗位。从业人员要注意个人卫生，穿戴整洁的工作衣帽并佩戴口罩，对手部进行严格清洗消毒后进入食品操作区域，操作时头发不得外漏，不得留长指甲，涂指甲油，佩戴饰物等。</p><p style='text-align:justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;'>（三）严格执行原材料采购索证索票和进货查验等制度。明确专人负责采购和验收，如实记录产品的名称、规格、数量、生产批号、保质期、供应商名称及联系方式、进货日期等信息。在购进鲜肉及肉制品时，仔细核对供应商的证照是否齐全，有无肉品检验检疫合格证明，预包装肉制品的外包装、标签标识是否符合规定。</p><p style='text-align:justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;'>（四）依法诚信经营，杜绝违法行为。严禁经营来源不明的食材；严禁采购、贮存和使用亚硝酸盐；严禁采购、使用病死、毒死或死因不明的禽畜动物肉类及其制品；严禁采购、贮存、使用野生动物及其制品；严禁加工制售非法捕捞渔获物及来源不明水产品；严禁在餐饮服务场所饲养和现场宰杀禽畜动物；严禁采购、加工和供应有毒、有害和变质的食品；严禁违法添加非食用物质和滥用食品添加剂。</p><p style='text-align:justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;'>（五）集体用餐配送单位、中央厨房以及网络订餐等，提倡“无接触”式配送并推广使用“食安封签”。对配送站点、送餐箱、配送车辆、食品容器及其包装等做好清洁消毒，对餐饮食品进行严密包装并进行封签，确保食品配送过程不受污染。</p><p style='text-align:justify;'>（一）正确选择，降低风险。选择在外就餐或订餐时，应选择持有合法有效《食品经营许可证》，量化评定等级为A、B，卫生条件好的餐饮单位，切勿订购来历不明的外卖食品，大量订购餐食作为集体用餐时，应向持有集体用餐配送资质的单位订购。</p><p style='text-align:justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;'>（二）严格制作，确保安全。家庭聚餐聚会自制菜肴要确保易腐食品原料和熟食制品能够在冷藏条件下储存；不要加工四季豆、凉拌菜、自制豆浆等高风险食品；制作好的餐食应在烧熟后2小时安全时限内尽快食用，切勿长时间常温存放；制作食品时不要滥用食品添加剂。</p><p style='text-align:justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;'>（三）谨慎选择，合理膳食。不食用来历不明的可疑食品和变质、外包装标识不全或超过保质期限的食品；不吃违禁食品，少吃或不吃生食水产品，慎食烧卤熟食、冷荤凉菜、四季豆、野生菌等高风险食品；尽量不选择不常食用或易过敏的食物，老年人、幼儿、孕妇及抵抗力较弱人群更要注意；多食富含纤维素、维生素的新鲜蔬菜、水果等清淡健康食品，不暴饮暴食，做到荤素搭配、均衡膳食。</p><p style='text-align:justify;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;'>（四）文明用餐，杜绝浪费。春节期间家庭聚餐聚树立正确消费观，按需点餐、文明理性消费，提倡使用公筷公勺或分餐制等，文明用餐，做到不浪费、不攀比、不炫耀，坚决杜绝“舌尖上的浪费”。</p></section></section><section
