16px;'>项目部积极响应，采用履带吊实现垂直运输，合理组织工序穿插，仅用时87天就完成3000吨管桁架的吊装。</span><br></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'><br></span></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>体育馆、游泳馆由跨度294米、175.4米的两道管桁架主拱作为重要支撑，其上搭设主桁架、次桁架等构件，其中主桁架最大跨度达115米，主拱跨度最大174米，最大倾角达71度，呈高空、倾斜、空间交叉的异形网格结构。项目技术人员编制合理拼装、焊接工艺方案，通过计算机建模进行模拟吊装，实现了钢结构施工高标准、高效率、高精度完成。面对大体量施工任务，项目采取“两班倒”方式延长作业时间，现场配置200余名作业人员、两台400吨履带吊，火力全开、全力推进，有效控制工期，全力保障节点要求，最高峰阶段日均吊装量达180吨，其中单榀钢构件最重达86.6吨。</span></p></section></section></section><section
