style='text-wrap: wrap;'>1.施工期间，施工道路允许机动车双向通行，非机动车和行人在确保安全的情况下可从机动车道通行。</p><p style='text-wrap: wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-wrap: wrap;'>2.施工期间，需途径施工路段的机动车可绕行环城路、玉泉路等道路通行。</p><p style='text-wrap:
