style='letter-spacing: 1px;font-size: 17px;'>分时电价政策由居民电动汽车充换电设施产权主体自愿选择，电网企业应在收到申请5个工作日内免费更换或调整分时电能表，更换或调整完成后次月开始执行。分时电价政策选定后执行周期不少于12个月，不选择执行分时的仍按原方式计价。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom:
