132);'><strong>一是完善工作机制。</strong></span>教育部加强对试点工作的宏观统筹指导，各省级教育行政部门负责组织实施本省域试点工作。各地教育行政部门在政策、资金、项目和课题等方面向试点学校倾斜。各试点学校统筹学校办学经费，合理安排急救教育投入，加强急救教育基础设施建设和必要设备配备。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 72, 132);'>二是建强师资队伍。</span></strong>各试点学校组织校医、体育与健康课教师、班主任等教职员工参加急救教育师资培训，取得相应资质的教职员工在学校内开展急救教育培训。</p><p style='text-indent: 132);'><strong>三是开展急救培训。</strong></span>各试点学校积极利用教师培训、学生军训、体育与健康课程等渠道和载体，开展急救知识普及和技能培训。学前阶段，引导幼儿了解简单急救常识，树立安全健康意识；义务教育阶段，使学生熟悉基本急救知识，提升生命安全和应急救护意识；高中教育阶段，使学生掌握应急救护知识与技能，提高自我保护意识和自救互救能力；高等教育阶段，面向师生普及应急救护、防灾避险知识与技能。鼓励各地和试点学校将急救教育纳入课程和学分体系。鼓励有条件的省份或试点学校探索开发学校急救教育相关证书，记载师生参与急救教育的经历和时长等。</p><p
