2.2222em; margin-bottom: 20px;'>王某某，男，今年七十余岁，年轻时以包田种地为生，与妻子育有六名子女，分别两儿四女。通过向其子女、亲朋邻里及村干部调查了解到，王某某年轻时有暴力恶习，不顺意时常对家庭成员实施暴力，挣钱所得常用于自行花费，很少补贴家用。因家境窘迫，子女们所受教育普遍不高。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2222em; margin-bottom: 20px;'>如今王某某年迈，赡养问题随之而来。子女以父亲没有尽到抚养义务而拒绝赡养。多年来，王某某靠自己种田为生，现随着年纪的增长，身体机能和体力大不如前，难以维持生计。又逢疫情肆虐，家中无米下锅，生活难以为继。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2222em;'>2021年，王某某将6名子女诉至法院。汤池人民法庭庭长王毅群与书记员等工作人员一起多次上门走访了解情况并做劝解，但因其子女众多，各有难处，导致调解难以达成共识。</p></section></section><section style='text-align: justify;' style='text-indent: 39.9996px;'>王毅群</span>有的放矢、对症下药，带上相关法律书籍和宣传手册，逐个上门释法析理。经过不懈努力，六个子女逐渐对相关法律有了清晰认识。本案审理过程中，针对老人要求每位子女给付赡养费的诉求，六名被告同意每人每年给付原告王某某赡养费2555元， 2020年赡养费的支付于五日内付清，此后赡养费的支付于当年度的4月3日前付清。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2222em;'>2023年，王某某再次一纸诉状将六子女告上法庭，对于其要求各被告给付自己垫付医疗费的诉求，王某某考虑到其中一个女儿患病住院，特别说明自身医疗费用无需她承担。到庭的几位子女认为法律没有明确规定子女需承担老人医疗费用，且认为当前医疗费用原告有能力自行承担遂不予支付。</p></section></section><section 20px;'>经再三做调解工作无果，最终依法判决。几名被告一度因心结未解，不愿自觉履行判决确定的内容。对此，王毅群在闭庭后，因案施策，打出“法律+亲情”组合拳，坚持以案释法，严肃批评了王某某年轻时未尽好抚养义务的行为，希望其正视自己年轻时的所作所为，努力改正错误，弥补对家人带来的创伤，争取互相谅解。同时，指出赡养父母是子女应尽的法定义务，不赡养父母要承担相应的法律责任，希望子女能给父亲一个机会。在应邀旁听庭审的邻里乡贤和亲朋的劝说、帮助下，王某某主动承认错误，期望子女原谅，能给他一个改过自新的机会，让他不留遗憾。</p><p 20px;'>最终，五位被告同意并主动平均分担支付了王某某的医疗费用。大姐感慨道：“我们现在都是为人父母的人了，尽管心有委屈但事情毕竟过去许久，都已年迈。生我一场，也有过温情美好的回忆，我们会好好履行作为子女应尽的责任和义务。以后他如遇大病需要住院治疗，我们肯定不会推脱，会积极协助治疗并承担相应费用，请法官放心。”</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2222em;
