!important;'>坚持“积极稳妥、辖区主责，依法依规、主动修复”的原则，强化各级信用监管机构、相关业务机构及辖区市场监管所职责分工，排查、分解、确定各辖区失信拟修复的经营主体数量及名单，按照申请、移出、修复流程，开辟信用修复“绿色通道”，助力经营主体重塑信用。“绿色通道”已为235家经营主体办理信用修复。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style='text-align:justify;'>指导各县级局、基层市场监管所结合2022年度经营主体年报公示、企业信用风险分类管理及“双随机、一公开”监管、重点领域监管、登记监管等工作，特别是针对个体工商户逾期未年报等重点问题，坚持精准施策，将信用约束重心从过去侧重事后列异、列严向侧重事前教育引导，树立诚信意识与事后列异、列严相结合转变，优先采取说服教育、行政指导等柔性监管方式，助推经营主体健康发展。</p><p !important;'><strong>实行轻微差错免列异“容错”修复</strong>，对相关主体公示信息首次出现轻微差错、不影响社会公众对企业经营状况正确判断的，对公示信息填报错误经提示及时修改完善履行公示义务的，企业主动进行整改纠错的，坚持处罚与教育相结合的原则，尽量不将其列入经营异常名录，减少对企业轻微失信约束。截至8月30日，共有549家企业申请移出异常名录。</p></section><section
