求职季，这些套路要小心

2px;'>此外，培训贷也是招聘骗局中的惯用手段。来自四川省成都市的周平（化名）向记者反映，他在某招聘网站上看到一条短视频运营工作的招聘信息，对学历和工作经验等无要求，工资保底4000元。小周应聘被告知，工作前需要进行三个月的培训，费用为19800元。公司称，培训结束后负责安排工作，培训费可办分期贷款，届时用部分工资还贷。</span></section><section 2px;'>近期，上海市松江区人民法院公开宣判一起招聘诈骗案件，犯罪团伙利用被害人对证书性质的认知偏差，以高薪职位为诱饵，以必须持证上岗为由，骗取“学习证明”费用。从2022年4月至案发，该犯罪团伙骗取涉及新疆、西藏、内蒙古、河南、甘肃、重庆、云南、广东等地多名受害人共计18万余元。</span></section><section style='margin-left: 2px;'>有的成立“皮包公司”挂羊头卖狗肉。据记者了解，在上海市松江区人民法院近期宣判的招聘诈骗案中，被告人刘某、雷某在某商业广场内成立空壳公司，假借用工单位名义，在招聘网站发布虚假招聘信息。其余被告人冒充公司业务员联系应聘者，通过虚构出的岗位诱导被害人参加培训，并进行虚假面试，最后以停止招工或面试未通过为由淘汰求职者，从而骗取大量培训报名费等。</span></section><section
