武汉跻身超大城市，大学生更加就业一岗难求，房价一跌，工人半辈子积蓄跟公积金全部泡汤，还得继续上班，不然没了公积金无法偿还贷款。还是在小城镇生活比较安逸。生活节奏慢，房价低，贬值慢。
